Step into parenthood with confidence as I guide you through my comprehensive prenatal support sessions. My private childbirth education sessions are thoughtfully crafted to empower you with knowledge and tools to navigate your birth experience with clarity and empowerment. From exploring childbirth education topics to collaboratively creating your birth preferences, we'll ensure you feel informed and prepared for the journey ahead. Additionally, we'll discuss comfort measures and techniques to help you feel more comfortable during labor and delivery. As you anticipate the postpartum period, we'll also delve into postpartum preparation, equipping you with strategies to ease the transition into parenthood.
This inclusive package is priced at $550, with the option to enrich your experience with lactation basics for $675.
Prenatal Support &
Private Childbirth Education:
Nourish your breastfeeding journey with our dedicated lactation support services. With a commitment to ongoing education and expertise, I’m excited to offer educational sessions designed to empower you with the knowledge and confidence needed for successful breastfeeding. During these 90-minute sessions, we'll cover a wide range of topics, including latch techniques, common breastfeeding challenges, and strategies for maintaining milk supply. As my support extends beyond the prenatal period, I offer personalized 1:1 support encompassing prenatal education, customized postpartum assistance, and virtual guidance before and after birth.
My comprehensive lactation support package is available for $550.
Lactation Support
Newborn Care Class
Prepare for the arrival of your little one with our immersive newborn care class. During this private virtual session, I'll guide you through essential newborn care techniques, from diapering and bathing to soothing techniques and newborn sleep patterns. My 90-minute class is designed to equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to confidently care for your newborn.
This class is priced at $175.
